John started his career as an Electronics Engineer working in multinational companies in Ireland and abroad. He progressed to senior management positions as Director, Managing Director, General Manager and Project Manager.
Has also held various operational roles in Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT/Engineering, Logistics, Wholesaling & Distribution companies in small, medium and large enterprises.
His broad range of managerial and hands-on business experience over 35 years, led John to start Link14All as a business consulting company to assist any size organisation to embed Business/Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement philosophies to achieve premium business performance and enhanced profitability.
This, John believes can be achieved by using Lean & Green Business Consultancy, Business Coaching & Mentoring methodologies and emphasis on the use of IT /Technology & Automation.
